What do you like best about Command App?

What do you like best about Command App?

I love being able to quickly add new content quickly and rolling it out to our smaller team. It doesn’t matter where we are, we’ll have the most up-to-date pictures and examples of our work on our phones and tablets. Using the drag & drop form builder, we’re able to easily complete a pre-work inspection and stay on task with our daily recordings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Command App?

There is really no downside to Command.App. If I had to have one dislike, it would be I wish we had implemented it sooner. Our clients are now able to see examples of our work right in our first appointment. Command.App has reduced driving time since I don’t have to make multiple trips to a client home. If your looking for a cost-effective digital solution that not only makes you look like an innovative company, Command.App is your best choice. We meet with clients in their homes and want to give them a feel for the quality of work we do. Command.App allows us to show our clients examples of our work on the first meeting. No complaints as of yet! The app is very easy to use and functional on all levels. The customer service on the back end of the app is also quick with replys if you come across any troubles. Be sure to look out for updates to keep your app running as smooth as possible, frequent updates can occur depeding on the company and how often new material is being swithced out. Performance - this platform performs online or offline. A large portion of our team works in areas lacking connectivity - with Command.App we don't have to worry.

Usability - the platform is easy to use and navigate for the end users. Our sales team can get to the right content quickly and turn their focus back to the customer.

Easy Interface - the platform is easy to update - unlike a Website where you have to go through layers and layers of bureaucratic red tape to get something changed, here, you make the change, update the platform and you're in business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Command App solving and how is that benefiting you?

Speed - My sales team no longer has to fumble through a catalog, they get on the app and get to information that helps educate and sell immediately.

Connectivity - half of our sales team work in regions where connectivity is an issue - the ability to work offline has been a game changer.

Covid Buster - 100% of our tradeshows are now "virtual" - with this platform, we can share our screen and get to information, including VIDEO, to support our sales team.
